All employer partners of Better Work agree to commit to responding to ALL candidate applications within 72 hours of receipt. This may be in the form of an email, text or call. If a candidate meets basic requirements, a first round interview is required. If candidate does not meet requirements (eg: criminal background), some form of communication should still be sent to notify the candidate that their application was received, and provide a brief explanation of why he/she is not eligible to move forward to an interview.
Here's what happens next: 1. We will send your information to the Program Manager in your market for review and approval. We might follow up via email with some additional questions, if needed in order to approve your request. 2. Once that's complete, you'll receive an email with your login information, and we will add you to the Candidate Application Form. 3. From there, you will start receiving notifications each time a new candidate selects your company in their application process.
